No training today due to the bank holiday

From 1st July, KLF Martial Arts is introducing a new fee structure.
All class fees will be collected by direct debit through Nest Management Ltd.
This will free up time spent each class on admin and allow us to focus on training.

On April 11th 2010 KLF Martial Arts held a special seminar for its students.
Steve Cowan Norfolk’s first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and European Silver medallist came to Kings Lynn to teach a 2 hour seminar on his famous “Darce” Choke Technique.
The seminar was well attended and everyone had a great time.

New Thursday Class!
From Thursday 4th March 2010, we will be putting on another Jiu Jitsu class. This class will be held at Bodylines Gym from 7:00 to 8:45 and is suitable for all levels.

Grading results!
On Wednesday the 27th of January, Jon was promoted to Blue Belt by Ze Marcello.
Jon is the first of my students to be promoted to Blue Belt.

Grading results!
On Saturday the 19th of December, Luke and Simon made a very long and slow trip to Northampton for the 2009 BJJ Grading.
Simon was awarded his Purple Belt and Luke was awarded 3 stipes to his white belt.
WELL DONE LADS!
There is another chance to grade in Januray for people who were unable to attend on Saturday.

Christmas opening times.
The last session before Christmas will be Tuesday 15th of December.
The first class back after Christmas ill be Sunday 10th of January.

Ze will be focusing purely on Passing the Guard techniques.
This is a great opportunity for students to learn from a former world champion and top quality instructor.
